Anhui Datian Casting Co., Ltd. is located at No. 18 Erqiao Road, Tianchang City. It was established in 2006 with registered capital of 30 million yuan and fixed assets of 50 million yuan by the end of 2018. The enterprise covers an area of 50 mu with a construction area of 15,000 square meters. Is a major professional engaged in high-end hydraulic castings research and development, production and sales of production enterprises, products include hydraulic steering valve body, cycloidal hydraulic motor valve body, a variety of multi-way valves, hydraulic pump body, construction machinery hub, etc. The company mainly produces high strength gray cast iron, alloy cast iron, nodular iron, vermicular cast iron and other castings, with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons. The main users are Zhenjiang Hydraulic Company, Luoyang Tractor Factory, Vigorous Hydraulic Motor Company, Xugong Group, Longgong (Shanghai) Seiko Hydraulic Company, etc. Castings have been exported to Europe and America since 14 years ago.

The company is an enterprise specialized in R&D and production of high-end hydraulic castings and accessories. In the absence of a unified standard for hydraulic castings in China, the company has set up a special standard-setting group for hydraulic castings. Based on customer feedback, exploration and summary in production, and referring to domestic and foreign information, it has formulated enterprise standards suitable for dry hydraulic iron castings production. In 2009, Dr. Jiao Wenrui represented the company. The group company participated in the formulation of national standards.

The main production processes are high-pressure moulding wet sand casting and film-coated sand shell casting, all of which adopt fully automated production lines, with Erich fully automated sand treatment production line in Germany; Tokyo AMF-III 06 fully automated moulding production line in Japan and Tokyo AMF-II 06L fully automated moulding production line in Japan; Japan's New East FVN-II fully automated pouring machine in Japan; Germany's ABP manufacturing 2 tons, one trailer and two intermediate frequencies. One electric furnace, one medium frequency electric furnace with 2 tons per tow and two medium frequency electric furnaces in Xi'an Electrical and Mechanical Institute; two DBW-030D automatic deburring machines made in Taiwan. Physical and chemical testing equipment includes Spark spectrometer, C408 thermal analyzer, HB-3000B Brinell hardness tester, 5RB-PC metallographic analyzer, WE-W300B digital display hydraulic universal testing machine, etc.

Enterprises have passed ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system certification, OHSAS 18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification. In 2018, it was approved as a three-level production safety standardization enterprise.
